Account Management
- If you made a purchase thru Belmont Park in the past for an annual pass, you created an account. This is the same account that will log you in for future online transactions.
- Please select the reset password link if you are having trouble with your password.
- If you tried resetting your password and were unsuccessful. You can contact Belmont Park at 1(858)367-7488.
- If you have tried inputting a different email address and the correct name. You can contact us at 1(858)367-7488.
- If your making a purchase for another guest that had an account with Belmont Park, they will need to login with their own credentials and make a purchase. The guest could be linked to another parent account. If you do not recall the parent account for that guest, please contact support at 1(858)367-7488.
Tickets
- An email confirmation will be sent to you which you can then use to access your tickets.
- You can login into the online store with the email address and phone number used at purchase.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact Belmont Park Support at 1(858)367-7488 and they will resend you a confirmation email via new or preferred email.
- You can view your tickets at any of our rides, attractions, ticket booth, and main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- You can use these tickets for our rides or attractions.
- Arcade, prize games, and Belmont Lanes are not included.
- Yes.
- Yes, you may receive a physical copy at our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- Once the physical copy has been printed the digital ticket will no longer be valid.
- No, however, Universal Tickets do not expire and can be saved for your next visit.
- Our online store has selected packages of tickets 10, 16, 30, and the Bonus Pack, for exact ticket please visit our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- Reloading tickets can only be done onsite at our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster. Universal Ticket packages may be purchased online.
- Yes, combining tickets can only be done onsite at our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- Universal Tickets do not expire and can be used any day.
Wristbands
- The over 48 wristbands include all rides and attractions, with two turns on the Zipline. All rides and attractions are subject to closure without notice.
- Wristbands are good for one day; they can be upgraded to an annual pass at our main ticket office for 365 days of fun.
- No, company policy prohibits the sharing of a wristband. Wristbands may be voided if policy is violated.
- Photos are used to identify whose wristbands it belongs to.
- You can login into the online store with the email address and phone number used at purchase.
- No, all sales are final.
- Yes, you may upgrade a wristband to an annual pass. You will need to head to our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster. This may only be done on the same day the wristband was purchased.
- If you’d like a physical copy of your digital wristband, you may visit our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster. Once the wristband has been printed, the digital wristband will no longer be valid.
Annual Pass
- No, annual passes are designated solely to the member. If the annual pass member wishes to bring guests, up to 4 wristbands may be discounted at $5 off.
- 365 days from purchase.
- The annual pass includes all rides and attractions, only limitation is two turns on the Zip Line each visit.
- If you wish to receive a physical annual pass card you may visit our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- You may renew your annual pass at our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster. You may also purchase another Annual Pass online upon logging in.
- You may access your annual pass by logging into your profile on our online store, click on the menu located on the left-hand side and select order lookup. You will insert your email and phone number on profile and then select your AP order.
- After purchasing your annual pass, you will receive an email with a link to access the digital pass. Once you click on the link you may save the pass to your digital wallet.
- All sales are final.
- Annual passes may not be exchanged.
- The pass includes discounts for our food locations and Escapology.
- You may exchange your digital annual pass into a physical card at our main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster.
- Unfortunately, you are not able to exchange your physical card into a digital.
- You can use your annual pass directly from your phone and have it scanned at any ride or attraction.
- You can go to the ticket booth and redeem it in exchange for a wristband so that you don’t need your mobile device out.
- You will need to redeem the annual pass card inside the main ticket office located next to our Giant Dipper rollercoaster for a Ride & Play wristband that will give you access to all the rides and attractions. This will need to be done every time you come visit.
- The annual pass does not let you skip the lines for the rides, only the line to receive your physical Ride & Play wristbands.
