- Absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate your party space, but please avoid confetti, sparkles, sparkler flames, or anything requiring nails or staples on the walls.
- Our Escapology Birthday Package is perfect for groups of 8–10 guests (maximum 10 per Escape Room).
- The Ride & Play Birthday Package and Attractions Package require a minimum of 10 guests.
- Minimum for Group Discounts is 12 people.
- You’ll only pay for participants in the package, but additional friends and family are welcome to join you in the party space!
- Ride & Play Package: Includes unlimited rides & attractions (Zip line limit 2 turns). Closed toe shoes are required for select attractions. Does not include access to Arcade, Midway Games, or Escapology.
- Attractions Package: Includes unlimited attractions (Zip line limit 2 turns). Closed toe shoes are required for select attractions. Does not include access to Arcade, Midway Games, or Escapology.
- Escapology Package: Includes access to 1 hour escape room of your choosing (Antidote, Lost City, Scooby-Doo and the Spooky Castle, Budapest Express, and Mansion Murder).
- All packages include $10 arcade power card for Guest of Honor, $5 power card for additional guests, birthday pin for Guest of Honor, 2 Pizza Port pizzas, select beverage pitchers.
Yes! We’re happy to store them for you. Drop-off instructions will be provided before your arrival.
To help keep all our guests safe and comfortable, outside food and drinks aren’t permitted. The only exception is a store-bought cake or cupcakes for birthday celebrations.
Sweet Savings Package: Includes unlimited rides & attractions (Zip line limit 2 turns), Pizza Port meal vouchers, Dole soft serve vouchers, and power cards for Guest of Honor and additional guests. Closed toe shoes are required for select attractions. Does not include access to reserved seating, Arcade, Midway Games, or Escapology.
- Yes! Plates, utensils, and cups are included in party packages!
You’re welcome to check into your party space up to 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- All sales are final, and refunds can’t be issued for unused products, late arrivals, or parking delays. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to help with at least 72 hours’ notice. Depending on your package, you’ll receive a voucher or credit for any unused items.
- Final payment for reservation will be due 5-7 business days prior to reservation.
- Yes! You can add on rides, attractions, arcade credits, or food & drink items during your event. Please note that select menu items are subject to availability.
- Our birthday packages are already specially priced to give you the best value. Because of this, additional discounts and promotions cannot be combined with birthday packages.
- Absolutely! Additional time may be added for $150 per hour.
- Wristbands purchased are valid from park opening time up to park closing time (hours may vary).
- Yes! Both entries for the Birthday alley are ADA accessible.
- Your party host will help make your celebration special by serving food and drinks in your reserved party space. For safety, parents or guardians are responsible for chaperoning their group as they explore the park.
