A Trip Down Memory Lane

99 Years of Memories at Belmont Park!

Why Your Memories Matter To Us!

What will you be using these photos for?

Submitted photos will be used to tell the story of Belmont Park for years to come and may show up on our website, social media, advertisements or displayed inside the park. Please only submit photos you would like to be shared publicly.

What kind of stories do you want to hear?

How has Belmont impacted your life or provided the setting for some of your life’s most memorable moments? Whether it’s getting engaged on the Giant Dipper or eating your first funnel cake, we want to know your most cherished Belmont memories so that we may cherish them, too.

What kind of photos are you looking for?

We really aren’t picky! We are focused on expanding our collection of historical photos as we look ahead to our 100th anniversary in 2025. Photos that will be especially helpful to our team include:

    • Photos that tell a story or bring back a special memory.
    • Photos of our early days you may have inherited.
    • Photos of our property, rides and attractions as they have developed over the years. In particular, we would love to see images you may have that feature Enchantedland (an extension of our park that stood in our South parking lot), The Big Dipper and Pirates Cove.

Why are you asking the public for memories?

Our goal is to expand our collection of historic stories, photos and artifacts to preserve, honor and share our history with the public. The past 99 years would not have been possible without the continued support of our local community and we want to ensure that these families feel included and celebrated in our Centennial.

I don’t own a scanner or am not sure how to upload and send photos. How can I submit?

Our team would love to help! Send an email to memories@belmontpark.com and we will work with you to convert your photos to digital copies!
